  • An Olympic athlete, Jo represented Canada at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul, Korea in the Three Day Event (Equestrian Team). She also competed at Dutch, French, German, British and Belgium International championships as well as international competitions across Canada and the US.

  • After leaving international sports, Jo studied Massage Therapy at Sutherland Chan School in Toronto.  She graduated in 1993 and began a clinical practice.  During this time she also trained in Yoga, Karate and began an in-depth study of Meditation.  Between 1995 and 2005 she furthered her studies in Nutrition and took post-graduate training in CranioSacral Therapy and Manual Lymph Drainage.  Jo then studied Acupuncture and successfully completed the Certificate Program in Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University.

  • Jo Anne has studied many forms of movement and meditation including Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga and Karate.  Her Buddhist and Yogic Meditation training have taken her to teachings in monasteries and retreats in New York, New Mexico, California, England and Scotland.
  • Jo Anne’s passion lies in helping people and organizations deal with stress and health challenges by teaching them to awaken and unlock their body’s strength and healing systems and move towards natural, joyful and vibrant health.


 My goal is to provide solutions and strategies to support my patient's physical and mental healing, wellbeing and vibrant health.
